Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for project financing, cash-flow forecasting, and strategic planning
- Support transaction execution through due diligence, valuation, and investment documentation
- Evaluate and structure strategic financing initiatives across various capital solutions
- Conduct in-depth research on capital markets and emerging financing structures
- Collaborate across internal teams to align financing solutions with project requirements
- Support special strategic projects including cross-border and global expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, or related analytical finance roles
- Advanced financial modeling skills
