Key Responsibilities
• Manage large-scale technology projects from design to rollout
• Collaborate with development teams on project planning and resource allocation
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
• Facilitate technical and business feature deliveries
• Maintain deployment workflows and promote knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in software/data engineering
• Understanding of software development and infrastructure
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DataBricks, Apache Spark, Kafka
• Leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM)
