Our client is a leading Chinese full-licensed securities brokerage firm.
Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and monitor business risks in the Investment Banking Department.
- Improve execution quality in Hong Kong and overseas investment banking by reviewing transaction documents.
- Maintain and enhance internal quality control policies and IT systems related to transactions.
- Review due diligence conducted by deal teams and ensure proper documentation.
- Assess regulatory and business risks of transactions and report to senior management as needed.
- Organize and participate in internal committee meetings regarding transaction acceptance and launch.
Requirements: - Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in global investment banks, law firms or big four audit firms.
- Good knowledge of various financial products and regulations in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
