Our client is one of the largest international fund manager.
Responsibilities: - Review and approve marketing materials for the region and actively participate in regional and global compliance initiatives. Proficiency in both traditional and simplified Chinese is required.
- Prepare and manage statutory filings with regulators related to licensing obligations, including annual, periodic, and ad-hoc submissions.
- Collect and review documents for regulatory exams, audits, and legal processes, coordinating with auditors and legal teams as necessary.
- Draft and review compliance-related documents and external correspondence for managerial and legal review.
- Assist internal departments in responding to queries and troubleshooting compliance-related issues for clients, auditors, and regulators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance compliance controls and procedures.
Requirements: - Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience in compliance functions in investment management, securities or financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in the region and experience in licensing matters.
- Proficient in reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, with the ability to translate from English to either form.
