A well-established financial services organisation is seeking an Assistant Manager, to join their Fraud Investigations team.
Your new role
- Investigate fraud alerts and suspicious transactions
- Analyse data and documentation to validate alerts and identify fraud patterns.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with credit risk, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen fraud prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate investigation records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, Criminology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk management or related areas
- Experience in loan operations will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle large datasets
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tool
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP) are an advantage.
