Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions with marketing, sales, customer service, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Conduct structured workshops to capture detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain clear documentation and traceability of all requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate alignment and formal sign-offs to ensure shared understanding across business and technical teams.
- Manage requirement changes and assess impacts on timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
Data Profiling & Quality
- Conduct data profiling and identify quality issues, gaps, and patterns.
- Recommend matching rules and data quality strategies based on business needs.
- Present findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Technical Collaboration
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and review solution designs.
- Support UAT planning and execution with business users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business analysis experience in data or customer data environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with data, MDM, or analytics teams.
- Understanding of data governance, data modeling, APIs, integration, and agile processes.
- Knowledge of customer data domains, MDM platforms, GDPR/CCPA, CRM/marketing platforms, and AWS
- Master's degree, consulting experience, or PMP/Agile certifications.
- Background in marketing, transformation, or hands‑on data analysis/implementation.
