FX & Rates Corporate Sales

Role

• Drive FX and rates sales to corporate clients in Hong Kong, delivering tailored hedging and risk management solutions.
• Originate and execute transactions across spot, forwards, swaps, and derivatives products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with treasury and finance teams at local and Chinese large corporates.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, and product teams to provide competitive pricing and innovative solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across the bank's platform.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in FX and rates corporate sales within an international banking environment.
• Strong product knowledge across FX, rates, and derivatives instruments.
• Proven track record in origination and execution of complex transactions for corporate clients.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
