- An international bank's corporate banking business line is looking for a Head of Marketing and Branding. The ideal candidate is able to provide strategic leadership and direction for all marketing activities in the Hong Kong corporate banking market. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive client engagement, and support business growth.
Your new role
- Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Implement and execute marketing plans specifically tailored to the corporate banking business line, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage planning and delivery of corporate events and client engagement activities.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and online campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Manage external marketing agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and oversight of budgets to maximize ROI.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of 5 marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing strategies with corporate banking priorities.
- Ensure marketing initiatives reflect a strong understanding of corporate banking products and services (e.g., trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, lending, and investment products), highlighting their value to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 15 years' marketing experience within the corporate banking sector.
- Proven track record in leading integrated marketing functions (campaigns, branding, events, digital).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong corporate banking landscape and related product offerings.
