Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on technical solution design and system enhancements
- Lead business process reengineering initiatives
- Conduct process analysis for automation opportunities
- Coordinate project teams and document process changes
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Participate in automation tool implementation
- Manage project risks and ensure quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Project implementation or internship experience
- Familiarity or willingness to learn AI/automation tools in finance
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in PMP, CBAP, or Business Process Modeling
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies
- Finance transformation and crypto industry exposure preferred
