VP, Transaction Banking Product

Role

• Lead and facilitate implementation of transaction banking products in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and technology requirements.
• Plan and execute product implementation, monitor progress, and report status to management.
• Support product planning by providing ideas for enhancements, documentation accuracy, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, analyse requirements, and create implementation plans considering compliance, technology, resources, and risk.
• Collaborate with Head Office and other branches to maximise business opportunities and minimise risks.
• Maintain and update procedures to ensure compliance; conduct checks for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Respond to examination requests from internal and external auditors, regulators, and compliance teams, including gathering documentation and providing answers.
• Drive expansion of transaction banking business in Hong Kong through strategic initiatives and client engagement.

Requirements

• Independent, proactive, analytical, and reliable professional.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking products and related legal, regulatory, and risk control issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, fluent English and Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
