They are expanding their Human Resources team and is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance across their global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR related invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Prepare operational documentation for employee migrations, transfers, and visa renewals.
- Oversee document verification processes for new joiners, including pre-employment checks.
- Support HR operations in delivering seamless employee experiences across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a sizable financial services organization.
- Background in top-tier hedge funds, securities services, or investment banks is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
