Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on AI/automation use cases for business process improvement
- Lead business process reengineering initiatives
- Coordinate team progress and support change management
- Provide data-driven insights and transformation support
- Manage project documentation, status reports, and risk management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Proficiency or strong willingness to learn AI/automation in finance
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in PMP, CBAP, or Business Process Modeling
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in Finance transformation
