My client is one of the insurance companies in Hong Kong. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with local vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to facility infrastructure, with a strong focus on hands-on renovation projects.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align facility needs with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Hands-on experience in renovation projects, including planning and execution.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
