Your new role - Evaluate current processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and potential impacts of implementing the new investment data solution
- Review source data files from fund administrators and internal systems to uncover opportunities for future simplification and standardization
- Collect and verify reference data necessary for configuring the data management service provider
- Create user stories and detailed functional specifications for the target solution; work closely with technology teams throughout development and review cycles
- Design and document future-state processes and controls, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards
- Support testing by preparing functional test cases, validating outcomes, and resolving defects during development and integration stages
- Assist business users during UAT and Parallel Run phases by providing analysis and issue resolution
- Lead business readiness efforts, including training, communication, and transition planning for impacted teams
What you'll need to succeed - In-depth understanding of investment management, ideally within insurance or asset management environments
- 5 + years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors
