What Youll Do
- Support full-cycle recruitment operations : sourcing, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Research and develop new recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Web3 job boards, campus programs, online communities).
- Create and manage HR social media content
- Assist in data analysis and process optimization for hiring and onboarding.
- Participate in employer branding campaigns and talent community events.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in Web3 / blockchain / fintech is a plus.
- Proficient in Cantonese English and Mandarin (a plus).
