Research Analyst - Family Office

Salary: HK$51k -60k pm

Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive due diligence on hedge funds globally, covering all asset classes. From identifying investment opportunities to conducting operational and performance reviews, you will play a vital part in evaluating and monitoring fund managers.
  • Deliver timely and insightful market research to support strategic asset allocation decisions.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with industry players, including fund managers, placement agents, and third-party research providers, to expand our network and access to insights.
  • Design, develop, and refine tools and systems to support continuous portfolio monitoring and investment research processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from a respected academic institution, ideally in economics, finance, mathematics.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in research or investment roles. Experience in the buy-side or hedge fund industry is a strong advantage.
  • International experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked overseas.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  • A results-oriented professional with a global outlook, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
