The Role

AVP/VP, ESOP and Corporate Services Team, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain good relationship with corporate and institutional clients;
  • Response clients in professional manner and on timely basis;
  • Coordinate with internal departments to process client transaction orders, and ensure accurate and timely execution;
  • Collaborate with other financial institutions and partners to expand business channels and cooperation opportunities;
  • Handle client account opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and informal policies;
  • Monitor the daily operations of client accounts;
  • Monitor the risk levels of client accounts, conduct regular risk assessments, and perform Know Your Customer (KYC) related tasks;
  • Take up other ad hoc tasks as assigned by team supervisor.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years related work experience; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
  • Solid experience in ESOP product & customer servicing are an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skill;
  • Independent, responsible and detail-minded with positive working attitude;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficient in MS Office application.
