We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
Operations Officer, Card Plastics and Platforms. Support in performing checks on customer due diligence for existing customers conducted by Account Processors and to ensure the timely servicing of the existing accounts associated with the customer products or services with low to medium complexity and administering product/service processing (excluding client onboarding) under the guidance of senior team member.
In this role you will: - Maintain vendor relationship, ensure appropriate governance and oversight to allow effective management of vendor performance
- Reconcile vendor expense under Card Plastics and Platforms operations
- Contribute proactively to improve operational efficiency
- Assess implication of new products to card issuance and reward process
- Contribute to and participate in projects and user acceptance test
- Develop good working relationship with business counterparts and key stakeholders
- Maintain internal control standards. Implement applicable standards and awareness of the operational risk
To be successful you will need: - General banking knowledge and understanding of card operations
- Self-motivated
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and proficiency in handling customer complaint.
