Your new role
  • Reviewing and processing claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service benchmarks.
  • Handling escalated and in-hospital claims beyond standard authority levels.
  • Managing customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional advice and reassurance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Contact Center, Network Management, IT) to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring claims practices meet regulatory requirements, company policies, and data privacy standards.

What you'll need to succeed
  • University/College graduate with relevant insurance or claims experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of claims operations (medical or employee benefits preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with UAT or system testing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
