They are expanding their Human Resources team and is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance across their global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage HR related invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare operational documentation for employee migrations, transfers, and visa renewals.
  • Oversee document verification processes for new joiners, including pre-employment checks.
  • Support HR operations in delivering seamless employee experiences across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a sizable financial services organization.
  • Background in top-tier hedge funds, securities services, or investment banks is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
