Your new company : You'll be working in the Front Line Support (FLS) team in WM APAC Business Risk Organization.
Your new role - Perform quality assurance reviews on controls executed by the 1st Line of Defence Control Execution teams.
- Provide guidance and assistance to Control Team Leads to enhance overall quality and process adherence.
- Act as a liaison for queries from internal and external auditors, compliance functions, and stakeholders.
- Support Control Execution teams by identifying gaps and recommending improvements in adherence rates.
What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years direct experience with Investment Suitability
- Minimum 5 years experience with Risk & Compliance.
- Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking is preferred.
- Background in Audit, Business Risk or Control functions is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Open to HK Local/ PR / IANG candidates.
