Your new company A leading global insurer is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a short-term assignment to support the Group Office Distribution team.
Your new role
Lead management reporting and expense governance for Group Distribution by ensuring accurate expense tracking, disciplined accrual management, and high-quality financial documentation across all distribution channels.
Drive FP&A activities, including calculation, validation, and regular updates of cost allocations, while responding to cost-related queries from stakeholders.
Oversee strategic planning processes, coordinating annual planning cycles, managing schedules and review sessions with senior executives, and consolidating strategic materials and financial submissions.
Manage the annual budgeting cycle for Group Distribution, partnering closely with channel teams and Group Finance to shape budget assumptions, consolidate inputs, and produce robust financial forecasts.
Support internal and external meetings by organising meeting logistics, compiling and reviewing presentation materials, and performing additional tasks as assigned to support operational requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
6-8 years of solid experience in accounting, management reporting, financial analysis, or finance systems, with a strong grounding in core finance processes.
Proven exposure to finance system enhancements, process optimisation, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
A self-motivated and forward-thinking individual who demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a high level of ownership in delivering results.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders and articulating financial insights clearly.
A collaborative team contributor with strong interpersonal skills and proficient English communication.
What you'll get in return
Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 40,000 to 90,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
