In this role you will need:
  • Assist to develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Distribution to align engagement activities with business objectives.
  • organize, and execute customer-facing events, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure all events deliver a premium experience and reinforce HSBC Life Insurance's brand values.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Generate innovative ideas for engagement campaigns and event formats.
  • Develop compelling content and materials to support customer communications and event promotions.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, ROMI, and customer feedback.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.


To be successful you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer engagement, events management, or related roles within financial institutions, insurance, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful customer engagement initiatives and events.
  • Detail-minded with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
