Your new role entails
- Review documentation pack from Sales which includes Client Identification Program (CIP) documents, the Account Application forms, Investment Profile Questionnaires, Tax documents and other documents as required.
- Communicate timely and effectively to Sales on missing documentation, inconsistent information and incorrect data etc.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry in onboarding workflow tool based on documentation and KYC information submitted for new accounts.
- Ensure account opening documentation and relevant approval records are retained properly in internal database and monitor the receipt of any outstanding documentation within required timeframe.
- Liaise with Sales and relevant stakeholders on any missing documentation and inconsistent information for account onboarding
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in the Banking / Financial industry
- Prior experience in private banking, onboarding, or KYC / SOW review is an advantage
- Knowledge on account opening and CIP/KYC documentation for onboarding clients.
