- Reviewing all kinds of materials provided by the related parties and analyzing the risk profiles of the transaction (industry, country, deal structure etc);
- Evaluating credit worthiness of borrowers and transaction structures;
- Preparing and conducting the process of credit applications, with supporting credit officers in the Headquarter if necessary;
- Reviewing and checking the precedents conditions for loan execution, including facility agreements, KYC, legal documents, etc.;
- Regularly monitoring the borrower's performance and credit events;
- Supporting teammates, and working with other departments for business development in terms of corporate banking;
- Draft the facility documents and review the legal documents;
- Handle the customer relationship, such as account opening, documentation signing, etc.;
- Maintain loan assets portfolio in healthy growth;
- Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting (Bachelors Degree or above)
- Work experience around 2-3 years preferred but fresh graduate is allowed
Skills & Abilities
- Native Korean language
- Able to make several types of full-fledged reports for the credit process both in Korean and English. Chinese language capability favored.
- Good knowledge of credit analysis and MS Office
