Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor financial performance, delivering regular analysis and reports to management.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Support the preparation of management and regulatory reports to guide business decisions.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring key financial indicators are met and accurately tracked.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and regional teams to strengthen financial transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee financial control, compliance, and risk management activities.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across finance operations.
  • Lead or participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified Accountant or Actuary with a relevant bachelors degree (Accounting, Finance, or Actuarial Science).
  • 8–12 years of experience in finance, ideally encompassing both commercial and audit backgrounds; exposure to the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Forward-thinking attitude with an openness to learning and applying digital tools and innovative practices.
