About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

Responsibilities:

Analytics and Performance Tracking
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics for Customer Service and operations teams.
  • Support preparation of reports and dashboards to provide insights on service quality and efficiency.
  • Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Project Support and Execution
  • Contribute to planning and coordination of projects for Customer Service and operations teams, such as complaint management systems.
  • Assist with workflow initiatives, including claims appeal system projects, through documentation and task tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Participate in process improvement activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in project management and the insurance industry
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
