Your new company We're looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on building resilient data platforms that support regulatory reporting and risk calculations. Your new role - Design and develop backend systems for data integration and regulatory scenario calculations
- Work with large-scale data feeds and ensure high throughput and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to every stage of the development lifecycle-from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Work across a diverse tech stack including Java, Scala, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-10 years of experience in data engineering or backend development
- Strong programming skills in Java or Scala (willingness to learn both is a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
