Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of strategic and tactical solutions with business partners (e.g. Technology, Operations, and Legal) to achieve business objectives
- Maintain close communication with business users and IT teams and coordinate requirement analysis activities
- Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
- Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades
- To conduct in depth requirement analysis, define and prepare business specification
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows
- Expertise in Post Trade / Back Office area
- Communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
