Retail Distribution Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Cross Boundary Banking as
Business Development Executive.
Principal responsibilities - Acquire, maintain, and develop sustainable relationships with Intermediaries/Channels through onsite visit
- Achieve the assigned Goals
- Develop an expert knowledge of Intermediaries/Channels Onboarding Due Diligence and ongoing management for the support of strategic direction
- Serve as a contact point for channels, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Be connected to build positive and lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues
- Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Requirements - University degree in related disciplines
- Proven experience in direct sales experience in banking industry, preferably channel sales experience
- Good understanding of branch services and operations
- Strong language skills and service mindset
- High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese are a MUST. Good command of English is an advantage
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
