Your new role - Collaborate with business and control partners (e.g., Compliance, Legal) to implement effective governance and regulatory controls.
- Conduct daily trade-based surveillance and supervisory reviews.
- Investigate control weaknesses or breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and escalate issues to senior management.
- Oversee outsourced surveillance teams to ensure quality and performance standards.
What you'll need to succeed - 2+ years of experience in banking or project management.
- Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Bonus: Programming knowledge (e.g., macros, Python).
