Your new company Our Client, a leading General Insurance firm, are looking for a skilled business analyst with General Insurance expertise, to enhance operational efficiency across the business. Your new role - Lead discovery workshops, map processes, and capture detailed requirements for GI operations.
- Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/controls documents
- Diagnose bottlenecks across claims, underwriting referrals, policy servicing, and collections; design solutions
- Ensure operational processes align with HK Insurance Authority (IA) guidelines
What you'll need to succeed - 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in General Insurance
- Strong exposure to claims and policy admin processes; familiarity with common GI platforms
- Proven in delivery of post-launch enhancements (Day-2) including UAT planning,
- Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements and user stories
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
