Job Responsibilities:
1.Wealth Product Sales Enablement & Driving
- Develop go-to-market strategies for Hong Kong-listed wealth products (mutual funds, structured products). Collaborate with local and cross-border sales teams (private banking, securities brokerages) to deliver enablement support (product selling points, case studies, target client profiling) and drive sales target achievement.
2. End-to-End Post-Issuance Product Management
- Monitor performance and market sentiment of mutual funds/structured products; issue regular post-issuance reports. Address product inquiries and service requests from sales teams and clients; coordinate with issuers to resolve post-issuance issues (yield redemption, information disclosure, etc.).
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Empowerment
- Partner with investment advisory, research and sales teams to lead priority product selection for Hong Kong HNWCs. Design comprehensive product training and organize sales team briefings & hands-on drills.s.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 years in wealth management. Deep understanding of wealth allocation needs of HNWCs with Chinese heritage; proven expertise in driving product sales. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience. Sales team management experience is a strong plus.
3. Exceptional communication, writing and logical synthesis skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
