Role Summary
A strategic Product Manager role in the Asset Management department focusing on product selection, market research, and client-centric product development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze the markets latest product offerings;
- Select outstanding asset management products and manage launching procedures to ensure clients are equipped with the latest product options;
- Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas on product selection and development so as to satisfy client needs and achieve business objectives;
- Work with compliance and risk department to ensure internal and regulatory standards are met;
- Participate in sales events, roadshows, assist to accomplish the assigned sales target.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines;
- 5 years or above asset management related experience, preferably in SFC licensed institutions;
- Knowledge of AM investment product types, good network with Hong Kong financial institutions;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English;
- Proactive, able to take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
