Equity Sales Trader; High-touch Trader; VP to Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Coverage of institutional clients for both equity cash and derivative products
• Order execution for client – Liaise with client to ensure best trade execution according to client instruction (together with dealers, with the use of algos) and timely order reporting.
• Interaction with global trading and research franchises as well as equity capital market team.
• Manage and develop client relationships and understand relevant new business ideas. Provide market color and update to client.
• Coverage will be across all major institutional client types with a focus on hedge funds and clients who need equity derivatives ideas and resources.
• Explore business opportunities: Program trading, DMA algo
• Supervise dealer in order execution.

Qualification:

• Work experience of at least 7 years in related fields
• Intensive knowledge in trading HK stock market, rules and regulation.
• Be a strong team player
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command in Mandarin and English (written, and verbal)
