Job Description Role Overview The Client Execution Trading role is responsible for managing trade order lifecycle and workflow to optimize client experience. Responsibilities - Manage the entire order and execution lifecycle for the Citadel Execution Services client franchise.
- Monitor, design and enhance trading workflows across NMS Equities, OTC Equities, Options, and the broader client trading platform.
- Drive improvement and change for a best-in-class trading platform to facilitate business expansion and readiness for market structure changes.
- Design and build enhancements to monitoring tools and trading components.
- Use data analysis methods to identify new opportunities to drive profitability and market share.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications - 2-7 years of professional experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other data analysis tools
- Operational leadership and strong interest in trading and technology
- Effective problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making
- Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
