Relationship Manager (Non-Bank FIs), Global Banking

Responsibilities:

• Support in defining business strategies, plans, and budgets for the Global Banking division.
• Manage a portfolio of global Non-Bank Financial Institution clients (relationships with sponsors, insurance, PB, asset managers are a plus), providing tailored working capital and risk solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand customer reach in coordination with global teams.
• Proactively engage with clients, deliver customized transactional products, and ensure smooth execution of services.
• Prepare pitches, review legal documentation, negotiate deals, and assist with credit line renewals.
• Monitor client transactions, assess returns, make pricing decisions, and address account discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cross-selling opportunities and ensure seamless deal execution.
• Maintain accurate client data, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and act as the first line of defense for risk management.
• Evaluate client creditworthiness, defend credit proposals in committees, and align with internal risk policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with Non-Bank Financial Institutions, with expertise in global trade finance and transactional banking products.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, trade finance trends, and transactional banking services.
• Hands-on experience preparing credit proposals and structuring business transactions (insurance-covered transactions are a plus).
• Exposure to trade finance in other Asian markets is an advantage.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close business deals.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
