KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate all efforts to attain the deliverables of Product Launch Day 2 items
- Manage the full lifecycle of insurance product launch projects, from planning, design, and testing through execution, ensuring alignment with SDLC and business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness
- Drive collaboration among product development, operations, claims, policy servicing, IT, and risk & compliance teams to deliver seamless implementation and post-launch support
- Oversee the integration of new products into existing operational processes, including claims handling and policy administration, to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Fulfil ad-hoc tasks according to the project implementation timeline
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree holder
- Life insurance background
- Project management experience
- Experience with product launch and operations
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Detailed minded
- Problem-solving
- Good project management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and a tight timeline
