Overview:
The
Head of Commercial Banking leads the division, focusing on strategic growth and client satisfaction among major commercial and corporate clients, executing strategy, managing the branch, and ensuring compliance.
Y our new role: - Develop and implement strategies to grow loans, deposits, and income.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives.
- Oversee delivery of banking solutions like financing and cash management.
- Monitor division performance to meet bank targets.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need to Succeed: - Bachelor's degree; Master's or certifications are a plus
- 10 - 11 years of experience in corporate banking, including five years in leadership roles, especially in Commercial Banking or Middle Markets segments.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
