Job Summary: In light of Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, Client Services is looking for a motivated candidate to join its Cash Client Services team.
Job Duties: Responsibilities:
- Provide a key support for critical daily operations and independently performing operational duties such as on-boarding & off-boarding Exchange Participants, maintenance of Exchange Participant database and other peripheral systems.
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests, document test results, draft procedures and checklist to support project implementation.
- Handle cash trading and Stock Connect related enquiries from Participant Services hotline.
- To undertake other special and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree or above.
- 4+ years of working experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for roles related to Operations, Compliance and /or Client Services.
- Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash markets.
- A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships.
- Great self-organization, task prioritization, attention to details and strong problem solving skill.
- General Excel, VBA Programming and PowerBI skills is a plus.
- Familiarity with WorldCheck and experience in conducting User Acceptance Tests are advantages.
