Job Summary:
The HKEX Listing Regulation and Enforcement team is responsible for maintaining market integrity by ensuring listed companies comply with the Exchange's Listing Rules. They monitor disclosures, investigate breaches, and impose sanctions when necessary, aiming to uphold transparency and investor confidence. Through proactive enforcement and guidance, the team supports fair, orderly markets and strengthens corporate governance standards across Hong Kong's capital markets

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Listing Regulation and Enforcement team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across functions.
  • Perform a range of general office management duties, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare management information reports and draft correspondence for both internal and external meetings, supporting decision-making and compliance.
  • Coordinate team assignments and workflow in accordance with established internal procedures, acting as a point of contact for process-related queries.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of document management and workflow systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items as required.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with formal secretarial training.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience supporting senior management in a well-established financial organization.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese word processing.
  • Experience with document management and workflow systems is preferred.
  • Work on shift maybe required
