Join a major enterprise-wide transformation: migrating core HR systems from legacy platforms (including PeopleSoft) to a unified, cloud-based Oracle HCM solution.This role is pivotal in driving the APAC rollout, ensuring seamless integration with global processes and delivering a modern, user-centric HR experience.
We seek a dynamic hybrid professional , combining strategic Project Management and hands-on Business Analysis to lead this high-impact initiative. Youll bridge HR stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional user adoption within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR processes (Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Offboarding, etc.).
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for developers, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Conduct discovery sessions with HR SMEs to map current processes and pain points.
- Design and execute UAT strategies, create test plans, and support end-user training and documentation.
Project Management - Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and change management activities.
- Track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with internal quality controls.
Requirements - Basic knowledge of PeopleTools and related technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle HCM Cloud (implementation, configuration, and integration).
