The Role
AVP, Virtual Asset Trade Settlement, Business Operations
Key Accountabilities
- Virtual Asset trades daily settlement processing (including deposit, Fund In / Fund out, trade & position reconciliation);
- Monitor client money segregation and arrange cash transfer between VATP and client account at Standard Chartered Bank;
- Co-ordinate with business and Treasury to top-up prefunding amount and arrange cash transfer when required;
- Support Virtual Asset Project works (including system testing and checking of system functions and reports etc.);
- Provide 7×24 services in related to fund transfer for settlement and client money segregation process when required;
- Responsible for Ops control to minimize operational loss in related Virtual Asset trades;
- Facilitate and support various internal & external audit data collection;
- Assist line manager in completing assigned tasks, including new projects;
- Work productively and cohesively with internal staffs and relative parties in respect of daily operations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree;
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in Operations;
- Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Familiar with Investment Banking environment, with good understanding on products and process trades, in particular on Virtual Asset, RWA;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in handling project works.
