Job Purpose This role is responsible for driving customer engagement and conversion through data-driven, insight-led campaign management, with a strong focus on economic value creation for the bank.
The incumbent will transform the way campaigns are designed, executed, and measured, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and automation to influence business decisions, improve scalability, and significantly enhance campaign productivity and effectiveness, while ensuring strong delivery discipline and governance. The incumbent also acts as a bridge between strategy, analytics, and execution, translating customer insights into high-impact campaigns and influencing business decisions through performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement & Campaign Value Creation - Drive end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention).
- Translate business priorities into high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable uplift in revenue, customer value, and engagement.
- Ensure campaigns are designed with a strong focus on customer relevance, personalization, and conversion effectiveness.
2. Insight-Led Campaign Strategy & Decision Influence - Leverage customer data, behavioral insights, and performance analytics to inform campaign design and targeting strategies.
- Partner with Data Chapter analytics team and business stakeholders to turn insights into actionable campaign recommendations that influence key business decisions.
- Continuously evaluate campaign results, identify learnings, and close the loop between insights, execution, and optimization.
3. Campaign Transformation, Automation & Scalability - Lead the revamp of campaign ways of working, moving from manual, fragmented execution to scalable, automated, and streamlined processes.
- Drive adoption of MarTech, CRM, and automation tools to improve speed-to-market, reduce manual effort, and increase campaign throughput.
- Establish standardized frameworks, playbooks, and best practices** to enable consistent and scalable campaign delivery across channels.
4. Performance Management & Productivity Uplift - Define and track campaign KPIs across engagement, conversion, and economic outcomes to determine the influential next steps with buisness stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, campaign ROI, and resource efficiency through process simplification and automation.
5. Stakeholder Partnership & Governance - Work closely with relevant stakeholders including business/data/technology/compliance/operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Balance innovation with risk and governance, ensuring campaigns comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted campaign advisor to internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations backed by data and insights.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in campaign management, CRM, customer engagement, or analytics-driven marketing, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end campaign management
- Customer segmentation, targeting, and hyper-personalization
- Applying analytics/modeling outcomes to campaigns and drive conversion uplift
- Conducting campaign experiment setup including test-control, A/B, price-sensitivity, etc.
- Using insights and data to drive campaign decisions
- Driving scalability of campaigns via automation and/or event-driven/recurring triggers
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL, Python and visualization software such as Qlik.
- Solid hands-on experience with CRM / MarTech platforms / campaign automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical business actions.
- Strong sense of risk control to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within governance standards, and with strong execution quality.
- Proven people leadership or team-lead experience (or strong readiness to step into a team lead role).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with slightly fewer years of experience but strong potential may be considered for AVP.
