The Role
AVP/VP, Business Management and Trade Support, Global Commodities
Key Accountabilities
- Trade support for commodity products in Business Management Team;
- Candidate will need to support the desk in real time basis during trading hours. Rotation on night shift duty will be required;
- Provide trade support for derivatives products, which includes reconciling, trade capture, allocations, monitor trader's position, P&L report checking and reviewing relevant control reports;
- To work closely with various stakeholders to implement proper operational procedure in regulatory and compliance;
- Draft procedures and review processes for efficiency and control. Assist in new products development;
- Assist in developing and implementing processes, policies and procedures in various areas to enhance internal control, management reporting, effectiveness and efficiency of the department;
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate initiation of new business or business management related enquiry;
- Handle end to end KYC process, conduct client check include AML/KYC, name screening;
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in derivative trade support / Middle Office role;
- Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance knowledge;
- Excellent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), written and spoken.
