Key Responsibilities - Handle and manage projects, ensuring unique client needs are met.

- Create and present strategic reports and presentations to stakeholders.

- Draw flow diagrams and other visual aids to clarify project plans and objectives.
- Focus on enhancing user experience (UX) in all projects.

Qualifications - Proven experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA), ideally within the insurance sector.
- Strong background in strategy and transformation, particularly in a consulting role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with UX design concepts is essential; knowledge of UI design is a plus.
