Our client, a global leading MNC, is looking for multiple Windows Engineers to work on their System Engineering transformation project.
Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Windows Server OS migrations, including in-place upgrades, clean installations, and server role migrations
- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines
- Perform system administration tasks, including patch management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime during migrations
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on Windows OS and VMware
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing Windows 10 migration and deployment projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus
