Key Responsibilities
- Drive consulting programs focused on HR technology adoption, workforce digitization, and employee experience improvement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define requirements, assess readiness, and align technology-enabled solutions with strategic goals.
- Conduct impact analysis for HR technology implementations, develop communication and training strategies, and ensure smooth adoption.
- Functional support on the rollout plans for HR systems and digital tools, ensuring successful transition to business-as-usual.
- Apply knowledge of HR processes (Talent Management, Payroll, Learning, Workforce Planning) to design and optimize technology-enabled solutions.
- Leverage HR data and dashboards to identify trends, measure adoption, and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to future-of-work strategies, HR tech trends, and innovative approaches to workforce transformation.
- Support proposals and client conversations on HR technology-enabled transformation opportunities.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years in HR transformation, change management, or consulting roles with exposure to HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning, Payroll, Workforce Analytics).
- Proven experience leading adoption of HR systems or digital tools in complex organizations.
- Ability to interpret HR data, process metrics, and performance measures to drive insights.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Skilled in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams in HR technology projects.
