What you'll need to succeed - Own platform architecture across compute, storage, networking, security, and observability (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
- Drive cloud-native adoption: containers, orchestration, microservices, service mesh, IaC, CI/CD.
- Design distributed data platforms (OLTP/HTAP) with clear guardrails for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Elevate reliability & security: availability, disaster recovery, zero-trust patterns, and compliance by design.
- Create standards & reference architectures; review designs and guide large-scale delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with vendors to accelerate outcomes.
What you'll get in return - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; 6+ years in cloud/data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (or equivalent), virtualization/hypervisors, load balancers, VPNs, routing.
- Proficiency with relational (e.g., MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., Redis/MongoDB) databases.
- Exposure to hybrid/multi-cloud patterns and enterprise service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Track record across several domains: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, DR, information security.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems & networking principles (scalability, availability, consistency, security).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud architect, data engineer) are a plus.
