Assistant Manager to join the Life Insurance Agency team.
Your new role
- Lead the training of new insurance agents by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement agency growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs on agency systems, tools, and digital platforms to ensure agents can operate efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support and refresher sessions on core systems such as CRM, policy administration, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor agency performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to foster collaboration and long-term retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust agency strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to equip agents with tools and campaigns that drive sales growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 Years of relevant Agency Training, Recruitment or Strategy experience within the Insurance industry
- Knowledge of operations within Agency Department
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
